Healthier Together

It can be extremely stressful when you or your child is unwell. There is a huge amount of information available but on Healthier Together this has been developed in partnership between parents and healthcare professionals.

Patient Participation Group

We would like to invite interested patients to join our Patient Participation Group (PPG). A Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of people who are patients of the surgery and want to help it work as well as it can for patients, doctors and staff. The NHS requires every practice to have a PPG.

Get your medical records

You will have separate records for any NHS Service you go to including your GP surgery, hospital, dentist or opticians. How you get your record depends on which record it is.

The NHS App is now available to the public via Google and Apple App

First Contact Practitioner

The First Contact Practitioner (FCP) Service is for anyone with a Musculoskeletal condition.

Community Pharmacist

The NHS Community Pharmacist Consultation Service (CPCS) offers patients same day minor illness consultation with a Community Pharmacist.

Dementia Awareness

Our Dementia Champion for the practice is Amanda Berry, Assistant Practice Manager.

Emotional Wellness

Teladoc myStrength Emotional Wellness App is available now to all our patients aged 16 years and over
